Have you started packing your bags for the 2023 Annual Epsilon Sigma Phi (ESP) conference in Billings, Montana? You only have a couple of weeks to get that done as well as decide what you are bringing for the Silent and Live Auctions. Already we’ve been promised a book authored by and ESP member, a leather notebook and holders for business cards made by one of our retired Montana Extension agents, Montana wildflower notecards, FCS curriculum basket, Western Purse, premium bottle of bourbon, and more. Bring your items to the registration table on Monday or Tuesday during registration times or mail them ahead of time. The funds received from the auctions are used for ESP recognition awards, scholarships, and grants given to our members. In addition, you can outbid your colleagues for that item you really, really want to take home and help the association at the same time..
A Montana Auction Committee member will receive your special items. Please complete the ESP Auction Donation Form in advance with a description and the estimated value of your items. If you think your item would raise more money in the live auction let us know. Your description can help create interest among the buyers, particularly when there is a history or story about it.
If you wish to ship an item, please send it to:
