Current ESP members who participate in the entire National Conference may qualify for a stipend. Stipend are paid after conference and members are only eligible to receive ONE stipend.

• Life/Retiree Member Registration Support - The Life Member Stipend program was discontinued and has been transitioned to a discounted conference registration rate. Life Members taking discount at registration are not eligible for any additional stipends. 
• Concurrent Session Presenters - $350 (Lead presenter only)
• Research Session Presenters - $100 (Lead presenter only)
• Ignite Presentations - $100 (Lead presenter only)
• National Voting Delegate - $200 (Must be registered as a delegate, attend the regional meeting and check-in, and attend as a voting delegate for your state at the National Council meeting)
• National Committee Member - $200 (Must attend and sign-in for your regional meeting and committee meetings during the conference. Committee Members are eligible after their first year of service)
• UCDA Co-Chairs - $200 stipend to the two co-chairs of the UCDA  Affinity Group.  Note: The motion for UCDA stipends was adopted in the March 2022 mid-year board meeting.
• Journal of Extension (JOE) Rep - $200 (Must attend 75% of board meetings annually including attending at minimum one in-person JOE Board meeting)
• Extension Leadership Conference (ELC) Rep - $200 (Must attend at least 75% of the relevant planning committee meetings (and/or work with the planning committee chair to assist asynchronously with duties) and must register and attend the conference)
• Public Issues Leadership Development (PILD) Rep - $200 (Must attend at least 75% of the relevant planning committee meetings (and/or work with the planning committee chair to assist asynchronously with duties) and must register and attend the conference)

Note: Starting in 2020, the poster stipend was converted to an award. This $100 award will be presented automatically to the top ten poster winners and is not part of the conference stipend program.

Note: Starting in 2025, eligible stipend checks will be printed and handed out the final day of conference at the registration desk.  Those not picked up will be mailed to the members address listed on their membership profile.
